Murania was established by Gian Paolo Chiari

in Venice, Italy, in 2022 with the purpose of creating and trading glass objects of common use

with an original design, 100% plastic-free, and made of sustainable materials.

Glass is the major component of all Murania products and is always soda-lime glass,

which — contrary to Pyrex, crystal, and borosilicate glass — is completely recyclable

and can be disposed with glass bottles and jars.

Murania products are made from semi-manufactured products or through

the upcycling of market-available items into new high-quality objects.

In either case, each Murania product is hand-finished

through an accurate process that makes it unique.

Also the packaging is consistent with the utmost attention given to sustainability,

as it is completely plastic-free and made of paper and cardboard.
